About Caitydid Clothing
Caitydid Clothing is the collective efforts of Caitlin Franz and Beth Bombara.
Our clothing, for the most part, is upcycled and refabbed with handstitched designs or designs which pay homage to our beloved Saint Louis community. All of our fabric and most of our clothing is recycled. We believe the idea of reuse is an important principle to pass on to our children.
Both coming from a background and current love for children and families, the Caitydid product is just that - for family. By stitching together wares that flaunt a love for community or holding family meet and greets, we hope the Caitydid Clothing can help the young families of Saint Louis to come together and take a stake in our communities.
Beth Bombara is an accliamed local singer and songwriter. She recently released the vinyl LP "Wish You Were Here" and guest plays with many other well known Saint Louis musicians. She is an amazing artist, gardener, and can make just about anything from things normally thrown away.
Caitlin Franz is a transplanted Saint Louisian. Currently she works as a development assistant and teacher with a local non-profit. She is pursuing her graduate in Social Work at SLU, is a local artist, and loves to refab old stuff.
